- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any home is different end every customer have different expectations.So I prefer to do estimate on the job side, I want fit to customer budget end expectations with out any surprise of price changing after all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We evaluate the area that need to be repaired or where is new product need to be installed. With customer we work on design of layout and new materials. Customer receive detailed estimate with break down cost of materials and labor. Everything is disclosed upfront. Scheduling a time frame for the project. Completing the job to a customer satisfaction in timely matter as agreed. Reviewing final product with the customer and collecting remaining balance. Follow up call confirming customer satisfaction.
