FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is typically determined by the size of the home. Pricing is a flat fee dependent on the square footage of the home. No travel fees or additional fees based on age of the home that you may find with other inspectors. We do have additional services, such as radon testing, that are at an additional cost. We offer a 5% discount to military and emergency response.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that home ownership can be stressful, including the purchase or sell of a home. We want to make this easier for you. After getting just a few details from you, I can contact agents and schedule a time for an inspection. All you need to do is sit and wait! We'll get the inspection taken care of and send out a detailed report via email the next morning to you and your agent. Then you can discuss the report with them and negotiate away! An email is sent with a contract and payment info that can all be done on your computer or phone in a matter of minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tyler has lived in Pueblo for over 30 years and loves this area of Colorado. He is a graduate of CSU-Pueblo with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). He has worked for several years as a handyman/fixit guy and enjoys building and working. He tries to stay active with fitness community, Boy Scouts (Eagle Scout), church youth group, and spending time with his wife and his three very silly daughters. Previously, Tyler has spent time working at Evraz Steel Mill in many capacities and also as a music teacher. Teaching is something he finds very enjoyable and is always looking for opportunities to teach others if it can make their lives less stressful and more enjoyable.
