Outstanding, outstanding service! We had a huge issue with our pool, which we originally thought was our pump. 10 calls made to different pool companies, and understandably so, all were booked for the next month and a half for the busiest time of the season. We were desperate to get our pool up and running and Pedro from Rocky Mountain. Pools and Concrete was the only one who answered. He too was booked, but came after hours to offer assistance. It turned out it wasn’t our pump at all, but rather a blockage in our pipe. That young man and his crew removed the pipes and dislodged the blockage saving us thousands of dollars. Pedro and his team were prompt, polite and professional and more than fair and their pricing. We will use them again and again!
