***This is not a staging service for vacant homes.*** Home decor can have a huge impact on how you feel, how you live, and how you sell. Invite me to help!! With 18 years of experience in home decor, staging, and real estate, I will simplify the process and help you achieve what you want and need at an affordable price. Virtual or In-person consultations available. My process is designed to help you ACHIEVE YOUR DESIGN GOALS while SAVING YOU MONEY! I charge $250 upfront which includes a 1 hour generalized consultation. I will listen to your needs and goals for your space, then I will share my thoughts on what you can do to redesign your space. For instance, I might suggest different furniture placement, the type of art you should look for, paint colors, etc. From there, you can carry out the general ideas on your own or ask me for more specific help. If you want more specific help in designing your space, you can invest $250 per room and you can choose to transform one room at a time, a group of rooms, or the whole house. This will include a full written report with photos and instructions for creating your new design as well as a shopping list with specific links to furniture, accessories, and soft goods that I personally select for your space, specific paint colors, etc. This will also include installation tips and design tricks. *Note: we do not perform the labor but we may have recommendations for specific trades people in your area as a resource. We make no warranty related to their workmanship but will only recommend trades that other clients have had good experiences with. If you want or need something beyond this or want to customize this service, just let me know! I can work with any budget, and we can come up with something that works for both of us. I had such a wonderful experience working with Gloria. She really took the time to get to know my style and what I was looking for with decorating the home I recently moved into. Shortly after meeting with her, she sent a number of different options for each area of my home I needed help with, as well as working with ideas I had. We then came up with a shopping list, and she sent me detailed links to purchase everything we had decided on. The whole process could not have been easier, and she was always quick to reply if I had a question or needed assistance. Her eye for color and design was amazing, and she had so many great resources to find exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Gloria to anyone wanting to redo a room or two, or your entire home- she is a wonderful person to work with.

Gloria is AMAZING! She has a great eye and sees what the space could be and how you want to use it. Best of all, she has the ability to use what you already have! Changing out a few minor things and changing how it is displayed makes a huge difference. It’s refreshing to work with someone who isn’t trying to upsell a bunch of new items but takes an approach with frugality in mind. Anyone can spend more of my money at a designer shop and make it look good. We moved things around to create the perfect flow and look for the room and bought a few minor items that made everything pop! Doing things her way takes true talent. I truly appreciate making my home look beautiful and saving me money!

Gloria was a critical part of my renovations team when selling my home in Edgewater, CO. Carla is a real estate agent that engaged me to consult about a listing that has become stale on the market. We talked about pricing and plans upfront and she said she would be paying on behalf of her client and engaged me for more services and I clearly expressed the fee in an email. I did a thorough consultation (she took notes on everything I said), spent hours creating a design plan, created a checklist for her client in order to prepare for staging (per her request). I spent hours of time helping her. When I asked for payment, she said that her client was going to need to pay for it (not what we agreed upon in the beginning or I would have met directly with him ). She said her client did not want to pay for staging so she was going to implement the staging plan herself. I told her that was no problem and she could just pay the minimum $250 fee for the consultation. She said that she saw the $250 minimum fee for a consultation on my Thumbtack profile but did not realize she would need to pay this. As much as I love what I do, I'm running a business. Going forward I will charge at the time the appointment is booked to avoid any situations like this.
