Friendly & practical decorating and staging guidance. I provide in-home or virtual consultations where we walk through your space, style, and goals. You’ll receive actionable recommendations you can implement at your own pace. My approach is flexible and approachable, with no contracts or rigid packages. Consultation fee is $250 flat (Venmo at booking). Hourly fee after the consultation for space layout and/or shopping is $100/hour or a flat fee depending on scope. Discounts will be offered when purchasing furniture & decor from certain retailers. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will choose an in-person consultation (depending on location) or virtual. I then get an understanding of your needs/wants, timing, and budget...we come up with a plan from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended art school and have been staging and decorating homes for over 20 years. I am also an active real estate agent in the Denver metro area and know what it takes to get your home sold for top dollar.
