Please note that I DO NOT STAGE VACANT homes as I do not keep an inventory of furniture and accessories. *** Home decor can have a huge impact on how you feel, how you live, and how you sell. Invite me to help!! With 18 years of experience in home decor, staging, and real estate, I will simplify the process and help you ACHIEVE YOUR DESIGN GOALS while SAVING YOU MONEY! I do not work like a traditional designer. I am more like a friend/ aunt/ mom that has a great eye for design that will guide you through the process. I will create a design plan based on your needs and wants, select items for your space, and you will order and install the items in your space. This process starts with a zoom or phone call to talk about your design needs and wants and you will send me photos of the area(s) in your home that you would like to transform. From here, I can give you a flat fee quote for each room. Upon choosing to move forward with me and paying for the service, and I will come to your home in person (depending on distance) or I will ask you to send me some measurements. This design service will include photos of specific items (furniture, accessories, soft goods, specific paint colors, etc.) that I have chosen for your space. This is similar to a design or mood board, but instead of inspiration photos, it will have real items that I’ve already sourced, and the design will be ready to execute. I will also send you all the shopping links so that you can easily purchase the items directly without any upcharge. I will give you instructions on how to place the items in your space, installation tips, and design tricks. If you want to adjust anything in the room, let me know and we will collaborate to make it a space that you love! I’ve found that this service works best for clients that have an idea of what they want but do not know how to accomplish it or don't have a clear idea of where to start. They are willing to put in the work to execute the design in order to save some money but want someone to lead them through the process of transforming their space. If you are staging a home, I can help you decide on any projects that need to be done, plan furniture arrangement and shop for a few items to complete your space in order to highlight the beauty and function of your home, so that is highly appealing to buyers. I had such a wonderful experience working with Gloria. She really took the time to get to know my style and what I was looking for with decorating the home I recently moved into. Shortly after meeting with her, she sent a number of different options for each area of my home I needed help with, as well as working with ideas I had. We then came up with a shopping list, and she sent me detailed links to purchase everything we had decided on. The whole process could not have been easier, and she was always quick to reply if I had a question or needed assistance. Her eye for color and design was amazing, and she had so many great resources to find exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend Gloria to anyone wanting to redo a room or two, or your entire home- she is a wonderful person to work with.

Gloria is AMAZING! She has a great eye and sees what the space could be and how you want to use it. Best of all, she has the ability to use what you already have! Changing out a few minor things and changing how it is displayed makes a huge difference. It’s refreshing to work with someone who isn’t trying to upsell a bunch of new items but takes an approach with frugality in mind. Anyone can spend more of my money at a designer shop and make it look good. We moved things around to create the perfect flow and look for the room and bought a few minor items that made everything pop! Doing things her way takes true talent. I truly appreciate making my home look beautiful and saving me money!

You will choose an in-person consultation (depending on location) or virtual. I then get an understanding of your needs/wants, timing, and budget...we come up with a plan from there.

I attended art school and have been staging and decorating homes for over 20 years. I am also an active real estate agent in the Denver metro area and know what it takes to get your home sold for top dollar.
