- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free 30-minute trial lesson for all new students. Our lesson rates are designed to encourage regular, consistent learning: Weekly Lesson Rates (Discounted): $40 for 30 minutes $60 for 45 minutes $80 for 1 hour Custom Schedules (Higher Rates Apply): $60 for 30 minutes $80 for 45 minutes $100 for 1 hour All lessons are currently offered online for maximum flexibility and convenience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Musikkii, our goal is to make learning music engaging, structured, and tailored to each student. Here’s what to expect when you start: - We begin with a free 30-minute trial lesson to get to know you, your goals, and your musical interests. - After the trial, we’ll help you choose a lesson schedule that works for you. - Students (and parents, if applicable) will complete a brief goal sheet to help us personalize the learning journey. - Every student receives access to their own online lesson portal to track progress, practice logs, and lesson materials. - We regularly check in to ensure students are meeting their goals and making real progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Musikkii was founded by professional musician and educator Matt Shill, who holds degrees in Piano and Guitar Performance from the University of Miami’s Frost School of Music. Matt and our team of instructors bring years of professional experience in teaching, performing, and recording. Our teachers are carefully selected, highly trained, and dedicated to helping students succeed. Collectively, our instructors have taught thousands of students of all ages and levels, with many students continuing their education at prestigious institutions such as The Juilliard School, Berklee College of Music, and Manhattan School of Music. Additionally, our team has extensive professional performance and recording experience across a variety of musical genres.
