- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts, military, senior, and customers that gets me jobs. I also give them bigger discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They call me or I call them I find out what's going on and then set a time to come out which is usually really fast then I come out find out what the issue is and ill let the customer know what the issue is and the cost to fix it and once they agree ill get the part I need and do the job and fix the issue and once done I'll do a free carbon monoxide leak test and a gas leak test to make sure there’s no harmful chemicals anywhere in the house flowing through the vents and once that’s done I’ll put everything on an invoice and send it to the customer and then they can choose however they wanna pay me cash, credit debit or check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my hvac degree, my hvac license, my EPA certification, carbon monoxide inspection certification, NCI certification I work on furnaces, AC, boiler, mini-split, swamp coolers, heat pumps and humidifiers.
