- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I quote based on the project and I prefer to do a walkthrough before quoting pricing. I am insured and easy to get along with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask lots of questions to determine customers expectations, then we collaborate on a plan that works for them. Providing seamless integration with your decor is what sets me apart from the rest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CEDIA and various technology seminars. Graduated from school with a degree in electronics in the top 5% of my class, love electronics and technology. Am a Parade of Homes winner and a Thumbtack Top Pro. I like to think that that speaks for itself.
