Standard — $3/day ($95/month) Includes: ✅ Personalized workouts ✅ Personalized nutrition coaching ✅ Daily feedback & guidance from your certified coach 🔹 Live 1X — $5/day ($160/month, normally $245) Includes everything in the Standard plan plus: ✅ Weekly 1-on-1 live video workout with Coach Camarin 🔹 Live 2X — $7/day ($220/month, normally $365) Includes everything in the Standard plan plus: ✅ Twice-weekly 1-on-1 live video workouts with Coach Camarin
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s what working with me typically looks like: Free Intro Call – We’ll start with a quick call to get to know each other, talk through your goals, current struggles, and see if we’re a good fit. Custom Plan Creation – Based on your goals (fat loss, strength, toning, etc.), I’ll build a personalized workout and nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. Onboarding & App Setup – You’ll get access to your own fitness app where you can track workouts, nutrition, progress, and message me directly anytime. Daily Support & Weekly Check-ins – I provide daily feedback, encouragement, and accountability, plus weekly check-ins to make sure you're staying on track. Mindset Coaching Included – I go above and beyond just fitness and food — I also include an entire month of mindset coaching to help you break through limiting beliefs and build lasting habits from the inside out. 💭✨ Adjustments as Needed – Your plan grows with you. Whether you’re dealing with back issues, mindset challenges, or need extra flexibility, I’ll tailor everything to your needs. My goal is to make sure you feel fully supported, empowered, and set up for long-term success — body, mind, and spirit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed formal training in personal training and nutrition coaching, and I’m currently working toward my Weight Loss Specialist certification to deepen my expertise even further. Beyond that, I’ve invested countless hours in continuing education — from studying hormone health and sustainable fat loss, to mindset and habit formation. What truly sets me apart is that I’ve also personally lost over 90 pounds, so I don’t just teach it — I’ve lived it. I combine evidence-based methods with real-life experience to help women get long-lasting results, not just quick fixes.
