We had a recent sewer line issue. Dont ask. Lets just say that we were very thankful for Adam and his team. They took great care ensuring to mitigate the cost but took all the necessary precautions to ensure we didnt had issues later with mold and bacterial growth. Hopefully you dont, but if you ever do, make sure you have their number on hand. We would definitely use them again for any future issues.

We had a fish tank leak that caused water damage behind the tank as well as on the basement ceiling and walls. Ethan was our technician and he was amazing! Super helpful, explained everything he was doing and why, and he even took the conservative approach (like not cutting out drywall unless absolutely necessary) as to not incur additional expenses that were not needed. Very professional and kind! Communication with both Ethan and BOR was clear and timely and we will definitely be using them again in the future if we ever have any water issues, but lets hope we dont ;)
