I used this service twice. The first time, Kim, the owner, cleaned my house herself. The price we agreed upon was fair and reasonable. We agreed to a monthly recurring cleaning schedule. The second clean was not nearly as good. I complained about the strong smell of the products used. I also complained that one or two venetian blinds hadn't been thoroughly cleaned (We had arranged to have the blinds in two rooms cleaned on top of the monthly house cleaning). After I complained, someone returned the following day to clean the blinds that needed attention. To my surprise, after texting back and forth (no, Kim didn't pick up the phone and call to handle my complaints), Kim fired me as a client. I was willing to give her service one more shot, and she surprisingly let me go. Very disappointing experience.

After submitting a request Kim from Zippity Do-Da responded very quickly. She really read my request and had all my specialties (wall scrubbing and window wells) included in the very very low quote. I'm am so far very happy with the company and will review again once the work is complete.
