- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on finished square footage, the garage does not count toward the square footage, nor does an unfinished basement. Extra buildings are an additional price. If the residence has and attached garage and a shop, the shop is extra. If the residence has a detached garage and no attached garage, the detached garage is included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all the pertinent information either through a phone call or by filling out a form that can be found on our website. Once we have all the information and have scheduled the inspection we then perform the inspection. We encourage our clients to be at the entire inspection. We would like to point out why items may be on the inspection and items that will not be on the inspection that may be important after the purchase is completed. At the end we will have a brief review. The report is delivered electronically the next day by 8:00 AM.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 35 years of experience in the construction industry. I have also complete the ICA "Professional Real Estate Inspection Certification Program" Certificate # 14028
