- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When scheduling an estimate with us, we'll visit your home or project site, dedicate time to understand your requirements, conduct comprehensive measurements, and present you with various options to consider. Upon confirming your booking, we'll keep you informed on a weekly basis, ramping up to daily updates as your project approaches. We'll conduct an initial walkthrough to ensure everything lines up, provide daily progress reports, and conduct a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction with the completed work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our painters boasts a minimum of five years' experience in the painting industry. Our leadership team brings expertise in customer service, sales, marketing, and production management.
