Contacted DJ Man to possibly be our DJ for our wedding, he took a week and a half to respond to my emails. We were clearly on “his” time and he didn’t have time to meetup for the “initial meet and greet” because he has a full time job in addition to his part time gig as a DJ. We passed on him because we felt he didn’t care and didn’t have the necessary customer service/communication skills that were needed for our wedding and we found another reputable and experienced DJ that earned our business by responding in a timely manner.

Thank you for your feedback, I strive to provide excellent customer service so this is not a typical experience my clients and I share. Yes, I did miss an email from Jesse and it took me 7 days to respond, which I profusely apologized for, yet he stopped contacting me after that point. We had a great phone call and were trying to schedule a time to meet in person, but we live 2 hours apart. I’m not sure if a 1-star review is warranted for missing an email when we were chatting over multiple lines of communication (Thumbtack, email, phone), but I’ll let other folks reading this decide. I first reached out to Jesse within a couple of hours after receiving the lead and he took 22 days to respond to my initial contact, which did not offend me, I know how busy people can get planning a wedding! My apologies, again, for missing an email and I wish you guys the best of luck.

Wyatt was very helpful in getting things set up. His forms and guidance were extremely helpful. Our party was a big hit. The dance floor was kept rocking and Wyatt kept our schedule on pace.

Been featured as a guest speaker at Scottsdale Community College "DJ 101" class. I also go to all the major trade shows throughout the year.
