- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a minimum fee of $85 (trip/diagnostic), which covers diagnosis of appliance, up to 1 hour of travel from our location, and an estimate to repair the appliance. We do not charge an additional service fee if we have to return to the same location to continue work on another day. Our hourly rates are $95 per hour for standard appliance repair and we offer a flat rate for appliance installations. Please contact us for more information on our installation rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial email/text to see what the problem is with the customers appliance. From there we schedule a day and time that works best for the customer. We're always happy to talk with our customers one on one prior to making an appointment to discuss all the appliance needs they may have. They can either call us or give us their number through the initial email.
