I had a cleaning appointment scheduled today, December 27th at 9am that I planned and confirmed in November. I have family coming into town and have been working 2 jobs with no time to clean and splurged to make this cleaning happen. I have not heard back after several texts, messages and phone calls that go directly to voicemail. I let a voicemail message, too. I have been trying to give the benefit of the doubt that they are behind schedule but am disappointed in lack of response and professionalism. Dependability, too. I would love to provide an update that they made things right.
