- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s impossible to know what to charge my customers until I know what’s wrong with their system. My pricing; considering my on the job experience is extremely fair. $130 checkups
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always educate my new customers. I enjoy telling my customers how their appliances work and the sequence of operation. I also don’t mind them watching me because I know what I’m doing unlike newer technicians.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 20 years. I also have an associates degree in architectural, drafting and construction technology, a diploma from Redstone college for commercial HVAC, and a commercial contractors license.
