Sergio and his team made our vision for the patio a reality. We worked together to develop our outdoor living space. Sergio and his team did an amazing job on our deck. They tore down the old one and replaced it with this beautiful composite. The steps are gorgeous with beautiful detailing. The lights and railing amp up the appeal. The crew worked very hard. Sergio and his team would do a wonderful job on your project.

I had extremely high expectations and Legacy Spaces exceeded them all.After meeting with Sergio with a long list of interview questions and requirements for a 1000 sq ft deck build in mountain terrain, I knew he was the right partner for this project. With equal emphasis on aesthetic design and structural integrity through extreme weather, Sergio's ideas were high quality, creative, and well-researched.It was clear from the beginning that he fully understood my vision and was committed to making it come to life. As the project progressed I witnessed countless actions that backed up his commitment to excellence as he and his crew worked through my sometimes unreasonable requests, including specialty railings, an integrated electric pergola system over most of the new wrap-around deck and front porch, upgraded connectors to withstand the hurricane force wind gusts and winter snow loads, an added storage unit, benches, floorboards, and countless additional touches that set his work above all others.Inspired by the precision and artistry of the work itself, I found myself taking hundreds of pictures of the build process, and then took even more after it was completed on time and on budget. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.I am happy to recommend Sergio and Legacy Spaces for your project.
