I've hired this company for 3 jobs now. A roof replacement, a siding replacement, and a deck rebuild. All 3 projects went smooth with minor hiccups that were unforeseen issues. Workmanship was great, communication was adequate, and timelines were kept. 100% satisfied with all aspects.

We needed our roof replaced to sell our home quickly. Eric & Chance called us back, came out to inspect our home, and gave us an estimate all within the same day! They presented us with the best value and quick results. They even took care of all of the warranty paperwork for the buyers. Win-win for us! If we weren't retired and living in a senior living center, we would use them on our next home.

EZ Roofing & Exteriors completed multiple large apartment complexes for us. Being an out of town company, it was important for us to hire someone that could communicate well and keep us updated on the project. Eric did an amazing job of this. He updated us daily as well as prepared weekly reports. He completed all the necessary OSHA documentation and on-site paperwork. They replaced the roofing systems and gutters on 14 buildings, exterior doors, painting, and other projects for us. We plan to use them again for our Colorado properties!

We have a rather large home in Larkspur and were very detailed in selecting a roofer. We landed on EZ Roofing & Exteriors for several reasons. Their communication, expertise, professionalism, materials, and overall operations. They also happened to be one of the lowest quotes as well, but that would not have mattered. Very happy. Would have selected 10 stars.
