Our hot water heater went out on Saturday night. We found KT on Nextdoor the next morning, Sunday. I reached for an estimate expecting to have to wait until the next week. Todd responded right away and was at our house within an hour. His quote was reasonable and he was able to do the job same day, on Sunday. Rare for most trades to be that responsive. Extremely pleased with the quality of his work. Highly recommend him.

We had a leaky garbage disposal and KT Services replaced our garbage disposal after determining we needed a new one instead of just a repair. Todd was very responsive and was able to get me in within a day. He showed up on time and got the job done within an hour. We've had no issues since and are very happy with the work that was done. It was a fair price and we would hire again for other jobs.
