- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are willing to do bids or time based billing. The bids provide a solid budget for your project and helps with financial planning, while time based is good for various small projects and potential savings for the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will reach out to any new customers via phone call to discuss their project goals. Once we have an estimate completed a service agreement is sent to the customer with all details outlined. Finally, when the agreement is returned we schedule the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a woodworker and carpenter since 2015. My love for creating has led me to many different places from building houses in Alaska to mansions in Telluride. My passion for helping my community has inspired me to begin Mountain Jay Construction.
