- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to talk to the customer on the phone about their thoughts for the project. Then if the project is not cut and dry we like to visit the site to get a better idea of all our options for the install. Then we put together a written estimate for the equipment, materials and labor. Once the customer agrees upon the suggested products and pricing we get them scheduled and installed. All features and operating features of the system is shown to the customer and Any questions are answered we are always available for follow up questions after the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs have many years of infield training working with all types of equipment and customer needs.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with a wide range of customers from young and technical. To elderly and frustrated with technology. In both cases we find the right fit by listening to what their needs are and do out best to make it happen. In most cases people just want things to be simplified and operate smoothly.
