Tizoc did a great job replacing a shower we had in a rental property. We wanted an old tile shower removed and replaced with a corner non-tiles shower enclosure to make it more bright inside the shower. He completed the work quickly and handled all of the coordinating directly with the tenant. His bid seemed very reasonable for the work needed, which included removing a wall, treating the framing for mold/mildew, drywall, painting, flooring repair, plumbing and shower installation. I would definitely recommend Ness Custom Construction and would use Tizoc and his team again.

Tizoc did an amazing job on our bathroom update. He did an efficient and clean demo and replaced our tub with a shower, installed all new tile, a double-sink vanity, and toilet. We have never had a project like this done before, and Tizoc was patient and easily answered all of our questions before and during the process. He truly takes pride in his work and his expertise, attention to detail, and work ethic are evident in every part of our bathroom. Tizoc is trustworthy, reliable, and personable and we enjoyed getting to know him during our project. We are super happy, have recommended Tizoc to friends, and will be contacting him with future work in our home.

T. did an amazing job remodeling our entire bathroom, from the quick demo, tub installation, amazing tile work and overall timeliness of everything. We had 4 independent contractors quote our bathroom and T. was the only person to send us an itemized, clear-as-day quote that was extremely reasonable. His estimated time to completion was spot on and he even worked with us to do a few "extras" which really helped us out. Overall he's an incredibly friendly (dog friendly as well!), professional, and genuinely nice human being that is a master at their craft and someone we would like to do work for us in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 year of trade school and a 3 year apprenticeship.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first got involved in the trades when I started a construction electrician program at a trade school. The year after that I began an apprenticed under a gentleman that taught me about custom cabinetry, finish carpentry, tile work, and drywall finishing. That is how I got started and involved in the remodel business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done everything from working with first time homebuyers, to first time home remodelers. I have done commercial work and flip houses for realtors.
