- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our returns have a set (fixed) price. We promise to never charge you for every little form and W-2 you bring in. Think of our pricing like a restaurant menu. You pay a set price for the entree and ask for extra mayo and guacamole. There won't be a charge for the mayo (that's standard) but the guacamole is gonna be a little extra. Personal returns include most all of the standard forms; W-2, Bank Interest, Social Security, Itemized deductions (mortgage interest, gifts to charity, etc), One State, and more! Items with additional charges would include items such as Rentals, Stock Sales, Multiple States, Earned Income Credit, Education Credit, and a few others. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1, 2, 3 you're done! 1. Gather your documents. If you need help check out our FAQ page or reach out to us via call/text/email. We also offer a free Organizer on our website! 2. Schedule an appointment (In-person) or simply upload your documents to our secure online portal. 3. Review, Sign and Go. We meet with every client personally (or online) to review the return for accuracy, answer any questions, and offer suggestions on how to maximize your refund next year. Once you're satisfied, we'll have you sign and then you're done (well, until next year). But it doesn't really stop there. We'll go over different strategies you can do to maximize next year's tax savings when we review your tax return with you. Then every return is thoroughly analyzed before it's sent to the IRS. We guarantee our accuracy. And we're open year around, so if you need us we're here!
