- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
BIG DEAL’s pricing model is based on breadth of services needed, and projected hours to accomplish objectives. For ease of billing and client’s personal bookkeeping, we average out all of the above and divvy up evenly across the contract, understanding that some months will require more hours, and others less. We offer discounts to non-profits. We also offer bundled discount services if you book us for event planning an bartending, or event planning and décor rentals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Onboard. Analyze. Execute. We have a phone consultation or meeting, learn about your needs, then draft a quote. We send you a quote with contract. Once contracted, we send you our workplan, and collaborate with you on next steps and timeline for delivery.
