Many people have told me that they didn’t know the service I offered even existed, but was an extremely convenient option. People assumed they had to travel to the title office for their closings, but were happy to find out a notary could come to them. I am happy to provide mobile notary services for your convenience. Notarizations that I offer include anything from real estate closings to power of attorneys to wills, and more. Documents that don’t require notarization but which a notary is often requested for include I9s and apostilles. I am here for those as well." Service Areas: Loveland CO, Fort Collins CO, Longmont CO, Greeley CO and Johnstown CO. Thumbtack is not my main source of business, due to the high lead prices. My price may be a little higher than the competition at times to help account for this.
