As a general contractor I have worked with Dan on multiple projects and have been more than happy every time with his professionalism and quality of work. I can't tell you how many times a customer has given him extremely high praises. For myself Dan has always been reliable, true to his price (which is extremely fair on all occasions), and followed through on all jobs which is something that is not always common in the industry, and is incredibly hard to really put a price on. If your looking for someone to get the job done right the first time and without all the headaches then hire Dan. You will not be disappointed.

Dan is super nice, and did a very thorough job cleaning gutters, clogged downspouts and roof. I was I'm pressed that the debris from the gutters that fell all around the house was then also swept up and removed to trash. I was so impressed I have asked for a bid to remove two small exterior windows and patch the inside/outside. HIghly recommend D&D Designs!

Dan replaced the fascia and soffets on our home. Dan's work is exceptional, providing a great improvement to the overall look of our house. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was apprenticed in siding and windows in my early twenties by a man who believed in working hard for his family. I added other home improvement options to my business as I became efficient in each area.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I commonly improve the look of the exterior of homes as well as insure the safety and maintenance of the home. New siding and gutters greatly improve a homes appearance. Gutter covers are popular and assist home owners who do not want the hassle of gutters clogged with leaves, pine needles or debris. A common spring problem is hail damage...home owners should know that I have experience working with insurance companies and often if there has been a hail storm (or other insurance related issue) your insurance company may cover the expense of the repair project.
