Jason at Rockstar Property Services redid our kitchen from the ground up. What I had before was old, outdated and really in bad shape. He came in with his team, gutted it completely and did new flooring, new cabinets, new counters and everything and we could not be HAPPIER. He is amazing.

Showed up and didn’t want to bid the job. Said he didn’t do bidding wars. I had one other company here doing the bid for me. Guess he got intimidated by their professionalism as they had several team members here quoting the job. I was not impressed by Rockstar Property and would not have hired them even if they came in with a lower bid.
Details: Multiple room remodel • Entire house • Already have plans - just need installation • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

The Job was botched by another contractor and we could see from the start that the budget was too low for our professional services. She made it seem like we were the only ones coming to bid the job. My company would’ve started over with the most of this work, and it wouldn’t have fit into the budget she had since she already fired one company. She made a remark on our way out as we exclaimed we weren’t going to bid “guess they got scared off” wasn’t worth our time or the lead price. Very unprofessional to have that many people in a tiny space trying to do bidding wars. Do not recommend working with this person.
