FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing lies in the middle of the road at $60/hr on average. I choose to price to make what I need while accommodating to a wide variety of customers and budgets. I am skilled in many areas, so I rarely need to hire in other subcontractors, so this results in my customer saving money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a conversation about the type of work my client is looking to have done. I come out to the property to do a survey and appraisal on the work. The customer and I come up with a satisfactory design, so I can begin to gather a list of materials. Once this is done, an accurate estimate on the work can be offered. Once a contract is written and signed, and payment is exchanged for materials and small amount of of the labor up front, then the work can begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been mentored by several successful builders, craftsman, and contractors throughout my life. I took woodworking and metal work classes throughout my years of education which added to my skill, knowledge, and application.
