I had contracted some nasty issue within the boot sector of my hard drive that was way beyond my ability to detect or delete.
When contacting Chris Smith, he was rather reassuring that he could deal with my problem.
I left it over a weekend so he wouldn't be rushed and he had it all fixed and back to me on Monday afternoon.
I like the fact that he's not a techie that talks down to you, but rather just gives you a straight forward approach to the issue. I'd recommend him to anyone that's shopping for a competent computer repair service center.

We had Christopher update and clean up our PC. It had been almost 4 years since we purchased the PC. It was very slow. He was able to identify the source of the problems and clean up the malware, cookies, temp files, viruses, etc that were slowing down the PC. I was able to ask many questions about the PC including safety issues related to PC's, passwords, etc. He was very professional with all of his interactions. I would highly recommend Christopher for both personal and business computer service needs.
