- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee covers our trip charge and a complete diagnosis of the appliance. No, we do not apply the service call fee towards the repair. The companies that do that charge much higher labor rates to make up for it. We would rather be honest and straightforward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide excellent service to all of our customers. Weather they use us for the first time or every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Fred’s appliance University in 2009. I’ve been repairing appliances with multiple different companies over the last 15 years. We specialize in refrigeration.
