Hello, and thanks for stopping by! The best way to celebrate is usually with a cake. My base starting price is $150. Tastings start at $60 for three sample cakes, $90 for 6 flavor sample cakes. Plus a delivery fee. I can only do tastings for orders starting at over $500. I do not do private lessons; baking takes hours and ends up being a full day event. I'm a culinary school graduate with over 10 years of restaurant experience, and over 15 years with specialty cake and dessert experience. I love to bake with fresh, organic, ingredients, and to experiment with new flavors, textures, and cuisines to keep it interesting and to challenge myself. My first and biggest passion is for baking and desserts! I make one of a kind, boutique cakes that can't be found in a store. I absolutely love making cakes: Wedding, birthday, anything really. From simple elegance to elaborate carved and sculpted cakes. I really enjoy doing table-scapes and dessert bars/buffets with lots of variety as well. Weddings can be such a hit with something as simple as a show stopper of a dessert bar! I have an eye for detail and design and think a table can make quite the statement with the right flowers, colors and props.
