Experience is gold when it comes to finding someone to help you navigate a busy and active life with vitality, health and emotional wellbeing. Yoga has been my ally for over 50 years, teaching for over 30 years, and I opened my own local Niwot studio in 2001. I bring this lifetime of experience to the table to meet you where you are and from there create customized sessions and a program to suit your life and lifestyle.
Our work together would build from a foundation in both the physical postures (asanas), and breathwork (pranayama), and include meditation, nutritional inquiry and more, all to help you feel better, more embodied, balanced, and more resourced emotionally and spiritually to meet the needs and goals that you have set.
I am fully vaccinated and boosted and have a unique, spacious fully equiped studio in which to share the many gifts of this lifelong practice and wellness path. I also work remotely via zoom. I've been surprised as to how well it all translates.
A healthy relationship with ourselves is the foundation for how we meet our life and the world. Working through the lens of Yoga, clients share that they feel calmer, more balanced in how they meet their days, and unfold their relationships and life.
