Introduction

I am a licensed radon mitigation specialist and certified in soil gas mitigation compliance inspections. I focus on quality not quantity. I want to make sure it's done right the first time and up to code for both the city and state as well as radon mitigation standards. I offer a guarantee that your radon levels will be at 3.9 or lower after installing any system. Any additional work that is required when levels are still above 3.9 will be done at no cost to you after the post radon test. I also offer a 5-year manufacturer warranty on the radon fan.

pricing varies from house to house and the service requested. Testing is 50 to 100 dollars, installation of a radon mitigation system ranges from 900 to 1300 dollars. System inspections are 100 to 300 dollars.

Most situations the system can be installed same day. but it is preferred to do a visit to ensure where the system should be placed as well as cost.
