I met Molly in early 2015, and she changed my life. at 51 y/o I was stuck in "old-fashioned" training, threw out my back more times than I want to admit (weak core), was pudgy, and as the pic below shows, all covered up at the beach. Fast forward through intensive 3x a week for 12 weeks training and I was in a bikini at the pool.
Molly truly is a trainer for everyone. She adjusts the workouts to fit the client, not using a one-size-fits-all approach! Her enthusiasm is infectious, such that you *want* to push the limit for optimum health and fitness. Her workouts will always be more than you'd on on your own, but never in a 'drill sergeant' style. For me, she uses a total body HIIT style workout that I continue to gripe about but love.
Her practical background, coupled with her educational background, certifications, and overall knowledge she truly offers the total package as a personal trainer. I promise you, you_will_NOT_be_disappointed!!!!
