- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We intend to provide a cost effective program for our clients. Personal Training sessions start at $40.00 per but a discount is applied to those who schedule multiple sessions per week. Meal planning/nutrition guidance start at $150 and can go up to $200 depending on summary detail applied. Workout planning is similar in that the range is $100 to $150 depending on content/detail required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a consultation regarding the needs and goals of the client. We also complete a questionnaire to ensure the clients health is conducive to the goals in mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background with regards to training that covers nearly three decades. I've conducted training in a myriad of fields for the military, law enforcement community and government fields. These fields include physical fitness, personal training and nutritional guidance as well as a plethora of unrelated fields. I've worked with clients from all walks of life and a wide range of regions from the world.
