- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, and we will go through the project in depth with you to ensure that the estimate includes what you need. We will also do our best to give you a fair price and give you the opportunity to take advantage of the specific discounts depending of the season and your situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Right after we receive an inquiry for your project, we will call you to discuss your plans and your availability to schedule a free estimate. During the appointment we will take the time to better understand your needs, (such as color preferences, budget, and schedule), and take thorough measurements of your project. An estimate will follow for your review. After you have accepted the estimate, a timeline is generated to begin the project. Once we begin, we would do an initial walkthrough to ensure that we are all on the same page, we will follow with frequent progress updates, and we will perform a final walkthrough to ensure the quality of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 20 years I have successfully managed industrial projects demanding quality and a significant attention to detail. My passion is working directly with customers to understand and meet their specific project needs to improve the aesthetics and value of their home or business.
