- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive and affordable pricing. Each property presents unique challenges, and we are happy to do a prompt on-site consultation. We want to be mindful of your personal needs, style, and budget. DM us to schedule a quote. Typically, staging is paid for one month in advance, at the time the home is staged,...then fees are assessed on a monthly or weekly basis should you need additional time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial consultation of the property, we will customize a plan of action to stage your home to sell, based on your individual needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed realtor in the state of Colorado. I specialize in selling residential property in Northern Colorado. Implementation of staging for my clients has proven to be fruitful (and worth every effort). Most of my listings have gone under contract in less than 10 days, and many within 24 hours! I have ample experience in staging homes to sell for top dollar, in the current Northern Colorado market.
