Brett Funk - Owner/Guitar Instructor
Colorado Guitar Instruction is The “State Of The Art” guitar instruction facility on the front range, teaching guitar in Longmont, Colorado for over 25 years. I can say with confidence that no one on the front range has more to offer you as a guitar student, period, and I'm certainly willing to prove it to you. I have a vast library of songs all ready to go that include correct transcriptions/tablature, and a video of me playing every song you learn. I'm also very experienced at teaching music theory to guitar players. If you're looking to become a complete well rounded musician, I'm your guy! If you want to learn advanced lead guitar techniques, I'm definitely your guy.
I make lessons fun, and I'll teach you whatever you want to learn. Over the years I've developed a knack for finding the best material and approach to tailor lessons to each individual student. I use the latest technology, computer software, and videos to excel the learning process. My students get good, and fast. If you're willing to practice, I guarantee results! I have students from 10 to 80 years old. It's never too late to give it a shot, and I'm your best chance for quick results. I guarantee it!
I also offer the most flexible scheduling you'll find from a professional guitar studio. I teach one hour lessons every other week. This gives students time for a full lesson experience, and enough time in between lessons to practice what they've learned. I also happily schedule makeup lessons to accommodate my student's schedules, and I don't believe you'll find that option anywhere else around here.
There is no work more satisfying than passing on a skill you've worked on for your entire life. I don't work for a living, I teach guitar for a living. I have students who have been with me for over 16 years. They would be more than happy to tell you why.
The truth is, some of my students are guitar instructors themselves. They continue to take lessons from me so that they can improve their own game.
