- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every shower, floor, countertop and backsplash are different and this is why wo do free in-home estimates. We don't have an hourly rate or square foot price. There are many factors that go into our pricing. Once we take a look we will email a proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up a free estimate to look at your projects. During the estimate we listen to your concerns and we create a plan to best address those concerns. We go over our plan and explain what we can do and why. Lastly, answer any questions you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2006. Initially, we went through intensive training on different scenarios related to grout and tile cleaning and maintenance for different areas of the home. Each year we attend an annual conference and training where we learn about new technologies and products that we can incorporate into our business.
