- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel my pricing is fair and justifiable, but if you don't think so talk to me about receiving some sort of relief on the price. I am very approachable and willing to satisfy your needs. When I give a estimate I don't raise the price for any unforeseen issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know what the overall concern is about the project and find a way to achieve what is requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been to masonry school, many chimney seminar workshops,and chimney certification classes.
