- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. Each rental includes a flat-rate price and comes with an included weight allowance based on the bin size. If the weight exceeds the included amount, an overage fee will apply. We also offer additional days at a low daily rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple and stress-free. When a new customer contacts us, we’ll start by discussing their project to recommend the best bin size and rental length. Once the details are confirmed, we schedule a convenient delivery time and ensure the bin is placed carefully to avoid any damage to driveways or property. Throughout the rental period, we're available to answer questions or schedule swaps. Clear communication and dependable service are our top priorities.

We’ve been in the dumpster rental business since 2011, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience in waste management. Throughout the years, we’ve developed expertise in working with homeowners, contractors, and businesses, ensuring smooth operations from delivery to pickup.
