They offered to come back "until we were happy." We have chosen to hire someone else to finish. We appreciate their efforts. The tile work was good. Rebuilding a wall to install a barn door was good.

I had Mike redo the shower, replace the vanity, retile the bathroom floors and walls, and prep to install a stand-alone tub. Overall the work looks good and I am very glad to have eliminated the mold that was forming in the bathroom! The end of the project was a little rough and led to my husband and I feeling frustrated about a number of smaller issues needed to finish off the work. However, Mike took the time to talk to us and address our concerns to the best of his ability, and I appreciate his efforts to make things right.
