- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined after we conduct an evaluation to understand the dog's needs. We have pricing for a variety of packages ranging from puppy lessons, basic obedience, and behavior modification. Each of these packages can be done in a private setting at the customer's home, in a board and train setting, day care setting, or a group lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free evaluation with our customers. From there, we discuss options to help train your dog and begin work immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead trainer is CPDT-KA certified. She also completed a 2 month training course through The Dog Wizard Academy.
