- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies depending on the type of calligraphy and/or engraving services you're looking for! When reaching out, please provide any details you can on the type of service you need, how many items, when you'll need it by, etc. I'll use that information to put together simple and transparent pricing for you and will work with you to address any needs and concerns from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with an initial discussion on what you're looking for. I want to make sure I can get any details on what you're envisioning so I can help that vision come to life. If you don't have a clear idea, I'm also happy to brainstorm and dream up concepts with you- it's a team effort! From there, we can iterate on ideas to come to a perfect design concept, whether it's an item or an event experience, and I can always send visual mock ups for you to review and provide feedback on. Once we agree on a concept, we can move forward from there and start executing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off my calligraphy and engraving journey being primarily self-taught, but also took advantage of the many resources out there on the internet today. After that initial jumpstart, I began learning from other successful calligraphers, both locally and virtually, to further build my foundational skills and knowledge. On the business side, I have years of experience in customer success and client work, and pride myself in the high level of customer engagement and interaction that I provide. Developing strong relationships and working alongside my customers as partners while providing the highest quality of services is a top priority of mine as I run my business.
