Dylan and Frank did a great job and were very meticulous. Johnny was responsive and communicative. Love my sparkling clean windows and tracks. I do think this company is very expensive though.

Had someone show up to fo my gutters. He came to me and said the owner was on his way to OK to purchase some machine to do higher stories and would be back at end of week. Never showed after several attempts by email and phone gave up. He took $95. I reported to thumbtack. Such wonderful days when no one can be trusted and there is no morals. Do not hire this guy.

Johnny and his team were AMAZING! Great communication, great work, stellar customer service, all around great company to have at the house! They went above and beyond when we needed to reschedule and I cant thank them enough for it!! Everyone was lovely to talk to and they did everything they peomised with a smile :) Will definitely be calling them for more jobs!

I contacted GlassPro on a Saturday to help clean my gutters. Johnny responded within 30 minutes to set up a time that works, and after some texting and a phone call to get my payment info settled on a time to come do the job late the following week. However the next day I had to cancel due to my timetable changing. Johnny graciously waived the cancellation fee that would normally be charged, and even though it was the weekend he was extremely responsive and professional throughout our interactions. I will certainly be using GlassPro if any jobs come up that they could help with in the future.
