- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our pricing is up front. We honor our pricing to our customers and make every effort to properly evaluate the job instead of giving customers artificially low estimates to get through the door only to surprise them with up charges later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with new customers on a daily basis. As a plumbing service company, it is imperative to give our new customers the same attention as customers that we have had for years. We value all of our customers, and value our reputation and repeat business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed plumbers through the State of Colorado. Gary and Kyle have each completed a 5 year apprenticeship program and have successfully tested and passed for licensing through the state. In addition we are licensed to test backflow preventers, confined space entry and OSHA trained. Kyle and Gary have combined over 50 years of experience in the plumbing field.
