I selected Modern Roofing Group to repair damaged fascia and failing gutters on my home. I reached out to several companies, who were also fine, and selected MRG. Brian explained the work clearly and respectfully, provided useful information for me to review, and was the only bidder who actually got on the roof to inspect the gutters from above. The installers were courteous, communicative, and cleaned up after the work was done. The repaired wood and new gutters look great. I recommend Modern Roofing Group.

Brian and his team are professional and conscientious of the fact that they were working on our home. The process of having our rental townhouse roof replaced was incredibly simple with Modern Roofing Group.Literally within minutes of reaching out to Brian, I heard back from him. He expertly handled every aspect of this project for us from beginning to end. He was responsive to every one of my questions and inquiries. The proposal he sent to us was absolutely clear, concise and beautiful, complete with pictures of the products he recommended. I would HIGHLY recommend Modern Roofing and Brian Huf, the owner, to anyone who needs to have a roof replaced. Once project was complete, pictures of work done during and at completion were also emailed to me. The drone footage was very cool!

MRG did an excellent job. Brian Huff was assigned to our project and he walked us through every step of the project. He was there when the insurance representative inspected the roof and pointed out to the inspector items that needed to be included for replacement - kept the inspector honest. He identified items that were not done correctly when the roof was previously replaced several years ago to prevent leaking. The delivery of the roof materials and replacement were performed on the established dates - no delays. I highly recommend MRG!!!

Our pricing is based on the inspection we perform and the solution required to solve your issue. We want to make sure we are providing a solution that will help you feel relieved that you chose to work with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to stat with a conversation about your problem. We ask a lot of questions to pinpoint our focus on the solution. We know your time is valuable and we have efficiencies in place to make sure we can get to the issue as quick as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been educated by manufacturer representatives on how to install their products. We have been trained in safety and are OSHA 30 certified. Our 20 years of experience in learning and knowing how a home is nbuilt gives us the knowledge on how to diagnose a problem, either weather related or human related.
