- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the inspection we perform and the solution required to solve your issue. We want to make sure we are providing a solution that will help you feel relieved that you chose to work with us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to stat with a conversation about your problem. We ask a lot of questions to pinpoint our focus on the solution. We know your time is valuable and we have efficiencies in place to make sure we can get to the issue as quick as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been educated by manufacturer representatives on how to install their products. We have been trained in safety and are OSHA 30 certified. Our 20 years of experience in learning and knowing how a home is nbuilt gives us the knowledge on how to diagnose a problem, either weather related or human related.
