Introduction
I provide exceptional customer service to my clients. When executing a home improvement project of any kind, communication is usually the difference between a good and bad experience. I maintain a constant open line of communication with all my clients. I notify you when materials are being delivered, when crews will show up, and when inspections are scheduled. I like meeting and helping a wide variety of people navigate the process of a construction or reconstruction job. It is always exciting and interesting to get to know my clients on a personal level. I have made many friends through my career.

Mark inspected my roof immediately after I made contact with him. He was informative, professional and charming when I met with him soon afterwards. He worked well with the insurance adjuster and looked out for my best interest to make sure that the insurance company fixed all that was necessary and didn't take advantage of me. He took the time to take numerous photos to show the insurance company that in addition to the roofs on the house and garage that needed replacement, there were gutters and downspouts that also had severe hail damage and needed to be replaced. Mark's company replaced the house and garage roofs and numerous gutters that needed to be replaced due to hail damage. His company's performance was impressive from start to finish. You couldn't go with a better guy!!!! Hiring Mark means hiring a roofing company that will fight for YOU with the insurance company!

They came by and left a card after the hailstorm in Denver this summer. I allowed them to do an inspection and they said it warranted a repair. Gave them my insurance information and it was easy. Moreover I wanted the gutters replaced (out of pocket) but was waiting to get the house painted as well since I thought, why not, since the roof was getting replaced. It took a few weeks since everyone was booked but they went above and beyond to hook me up with a one of their reputable affiliates that put me in within two weeks and took 2 days. Shout out to Don who was very patient with everything going on. Followed-up and made sure everything was squared. Had my gutters installed through them about 1 1/2 months after the roofing repairs. Would definitely recommend them. Very professional and friendly. Great experience and they never hounded me for payments. In fact, they took their time to make sure everything was finished months later to finalize the pricing and insurance payments. A+

The big reason we went with 1st Priority is because Mark was less pushy than the reps from other roofing companies during the estimate phase. I got the sense that he was being honest and fair throughout the entire process. Most companies had questions about whether it was an insurance claim or not and some would get pushy about it. It was clear that many are trying to get as much money from the insurance companies as possible (which I guess makes sense). From my perspective, if a company is trying to take advantage of the insurance company, how can I be sure they won't try to take advantage of me? In the end, everything went great. We have a great looking new roof, they completed it for a fair price, and they completed the job amazingly fast. Thanks guys!

They were on time and did an outstanding job coming up with a solution to divert the water off of a valley in my new hip roof front porch. A great experience all around with a very professional crew that worked on my construction site with a short notice.
