FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price including 3 items...a new resume, a cover letter template, and an updated LinkedIn profile. I'll also throw in an interview guide. To ensure your satisfaction, I don't charge any money upfront. I take payment only after you've seen and approved the resume. You shouldn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a quality resume...nor should you pay a low amount. At $250, you will get a product worth more. You deserve better and you will get that from me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of my work takes place over the phone and via Join.me where I can share my screen with my clients to show my work. I do occasionally meet with clients as well. During our time together we will discuss your past accomplishments and your future goals to craft a resume that will help you achieve your career-related goals. Once the resume is completed I offer free ongoing consultation with clients. I am dedicated to the process of helping my clients find employment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been recruiting for 18+ years and quite literally have seen thousands of resumes. In addition, I received professional resume certification. I combine my recruiting and human resource experience with overall business intelligence to create a resume that presents information in a manner that answers all the questions a recruiter will have during the 5-7 second initial review. I continually research resume trends to stay on top of the game including changes with applicant tracking systems. Everything I do in a resume is strategic, meaning every item in the document serves a purpose in helping you land an interview.
