Pricing and commission structures are always negotiable. But hiring a real estate professional is typically the first step in a long term relationship. Commissions should be competitive, but not the primary factor in hiring an agent.

Step 1 is to set up a meeting. Get to know each other and learn your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 40 years of combined experience in all types of real estate markets. Buy/Sell/Lease, Residential, Commercial, Investments, you name it... we have seen and done it. MBA education, entrepreneurial experience and a founder of one of the largest independent brokerages in the Denver area. We formed Alliance several years ago to scale back and focus on the personal relationships and service that attracted us to the real estate business to begin with.
